1-6-21 THOUGHTS

There are some wonderful and penetrating words below.  The words are so simple that they seem complex.  They are a few words, but THEY SPEAK VOLUMES!  
1John 4:4-13    You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.  5  They are from the world; therefore they speak as from the world, and the world listens to them. 6  We are from God; he who knows God listens to us; he who is not from God does not listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. 7 ¶  Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8  The one who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9  By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him. 10  In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11  Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12  No one has seen God at any time; if we love one another, God abides in us, and His love is perfected in us.  13  By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit.
Some Summary:
OVERCOMING is in Christ Jesus.
If we are from God, we speak and listen to each other.  Truth is in our midst.
GOD IS LOVE!  Love is ours!  We are born of the God of love in order to LOVE!
We love one another...  THAT’S WHAT WE DO!  Our nature is bound up in HIS NATURE!
LIFE COMES THROUGH THE SON!  God’s wrath is no longer against us.  
“If God so loved us...  We also ought to love one another!
From the above discussion, GOD ABIDES IN US, AND HIS LOVE IS PERFECTED IN US!
God has given us of His Spirit.
In a most positive way, I am overwhelmed by all of this!  I know that I am part of something much larger than myself.  God has bought me in love, and given me of His Spirit.  
I MUST LOVE!  HOW BLESSED WE ARE!

My Prayer:
Oh how you have provided for us Oh Lord.  We pray for your love nature to abide in us.  May we see the value and the victory that love brings.  May your Spirit be in us always.  May we love one another with pure hearts fervently.  Help us to teach the world of love.  Be with us, Oh God, in this day.  Thank you for it.
